This was reported by Yekaterina Mikhalko, as conveyed by a correspondent from Novyny.LIVE on Thursday, February 6.
Mikhalko mentioned that last year she attended a NATO conference in the United States. At that time, partners were demanding one thing only — the production and deployment of Ukrainian drones on the front lines. The same situation was observed at NATO's main office, the European Parliament, and the European Commission.
"They are interested in exporting Ukrainian technologies. The demand exists and is at a very high level. I feel strange when the industry has to prove that we are needed in the world. This is an inferiority complex that could lead us to miss a historical opportunity and lose a high-tech sector that could be the foundation for Ukraine's recovery,” added Mikhalko.
We remind you that Ukrainian manufacturers could have produced over 1.7 million units of armaments in 2024, but this did not happen due to a lack of government orders.
Additionally, the Ministry of Defense has permitted the use of drone systems ZEUS and HADES in the military.
