The Russian army has shelled Kherson again. As a result, there may be disruptions to the power supply in several areas of the city.

This was stated by Roman Mrochko, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, as reported by RBK-Ukraine citing his Telegram.

According to him, following a recent enemy shelling of the Korabelny district, there have been interruptions in electricity and water supply in the Shumensky microdistrict.

Currently, specialists are assessing the extent of the damage, and as soon as the security situation allows, they will carry out emergency restoration work. Subsequently, Mrochko clarified that updates regarding the power supply to the Shumensky microdistrict will be provided later.

"There are also disruptions in electricity and water in the Dniprovsky district. Complete power outages are possible in some microdistricts. Emergency teams are working to eliminate the consequences of the Russian strikes," Mrochko wrote.

Situation in the Kherson Region

Since November, the Russian army has been attempting to break through to the right bank of the Kherson region. According to sources from RBK-Ukraine, Moscow plans to intensify military operations in the Zaporizhzhia region and the right bank part of Kherson.

The occupiers have also attempted to cross the Dnieper near the Antonovsky Bridge, but they did not even reach the middle.
