Russian forces targeted an energy facility in the Rivne region last night, according to the Regional Military Administration.

Russian invaders launched drone attacks during a nighttime airstrike on December 3, targeting an energy facility in the Rivne region.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the head of the Rivne regional military administration Oleksandr Koval.

"Once again, there was an enemy attack on the Rivne region. The target was an energy infrastructure facility," the official stated in his Telegram channel this morning.

The head of the OVA added that "all relevant services" are working at the scene.

Preliminary reports indicate that there were no injuries or casualties during the Russian airstrike.

The official promised to provide more detailed information about the consequences of the enemy attack in the region later.

Night Airstrike on December 3

It is noteworthy that an air raid alert was declared in the Rivne region at 02:12 and lasted for nearly two hours.

According to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian strike drones were recorded for a certain period of time in particular, over the western regions.

Local social media and news outlets reported that it was "loud" in the region, mentioning the operation of air defense and the downing of "Shaheds." There were also reports online that enemy drones were specifically directed towards the city of Radivyliv (Dubno district of Rivne region).

Additionally, we remind that during this nighttime enemy attack using "Shaheds," the enemy again struck Ternopil - a hit on a critical infrastructure facility was recorded, and due to the shelling, there was a partial power outage in the city.

Furthermore, against the backdrop of the drone attack by the Russian Federation, an air raid alert was also declared in Kyiv.
