On Friday, February 28, the Russian army shelled the private sector of the city of Kramatorsk. More than 40 households were damaged there.

According to preliminary data, the strike by the Russians again affected private residential areas, damaging over 40 households. It is also known that at least one house was destroyed.
Utility workers are on site, and the final consequences of the strike are being assessed.
