Fighting continues in Chasovoy Yar and Toretsk, with several positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces being destroyed.

The Russian army is actively assaulting Ukrainian positions in the Kramatorsk and Toretsk directions. Combat operations have continued in the urban area of Chasiv Yar and Toretsk.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing OSUV "Khortytsia."

Military officials clarified that in the Kramatorsk and Toretsk directions, intense combat operations were ongoing in the urban areas of Chasiv Yar and Toretsk.

Russian troops also attempted to breach our defenses near Novomarkove and Stupochky. In Chasiv Yar, the enemy carried out over 170 artillery strikes, while in Toretsk, there were nearly 120.

The Russians are actively using various types of drones. As a result of the assault actions and enemy fire, some of our positions were destroyed. Measures are currently being taken to prevent a deterioration of the tactical situation.

The Situation on Other Fronts

Over the past day, in the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attempted to storm our positions near Kazachya Lopani but was unsuccessful.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy also conducted offensive actions without success in the areas of Petropavlivka, Novoosynove, Kolesnykivka, and Zahryzove.

Defense forces repelled attacks from the occupiers in the Lyman direction near the settlements of Novoyehorivka, Kopanky, Makeivka, Novolyubivka, Torske, Yampolivka, and in the Serebryansky forest.

In the Siversky direction, the enemy's offensive actions targeted our positions near Verkhnokamenske. The enemy had no success.

In the Pokrovsk direction, heavy fighting continued in Lisovka, Zeleny, Kotlyne, Nadiivka, and Shevchenko. The occupiers also attacked our troops' positions near the settlements of Vodyane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Myrolyubivka, Vozrozhdenie, Uspenivka, Udaychne, Kotlyarivka, Andriivka, Dachne, and Yantarnoye. Our warriors are holding the line, destroying the superior enemy forces.

With the support of artillery and UAVs, in the Novopavlivsk direction, the enemy conducted offensive actions in the areas of the settlements of Novy Komar, Razliv, Novocheretovate, and Ulakly. Defense forces continue to inflict losses on the enemy in personnel and equipment during intense defensive battles.

The Situation in the Chasiv Yar Area

Earlier, we reported that fierce battles continue in Chasiv Yar, Donetsk Oblast. The Russians are using artillery and aviation in an attempt to break through the defenses of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

It is worth reminding that in July 2024, Ukrainian troops withdrew from the "Kanal" microdistrict in Chasiv Yar. The defense forces took up more advantageous positions.
