Russian soldiers made six attempts to raise their flag in the city of Toretsk, Donetsk region. They were eliminated by Ukrainian troops.

According to military sources, in the Kramatorsk and Toretsk directions, Russian soldiers, supported by artillery and various types of drones, continued to assault our positions in the urban areas of Chasiv Yar, Toretsk, and near Shcherbynivka.
Additionally, in Toretsk, to create a favorable narrative for Russian propaganda television channels and media, the occupiers attempted to plant the aggressor country's flags in different locations six times.
As a result of our drone operators' efforts, the Russian tricolor flags were destroyed along with their "flag bearers."
According to the spokesperson for OSUV "Khortytsia," Viktor Trehubov, and the spokesperson for OTU "Luhansk," Dmytro Zaporizhets, the city of Toretsk in the Donetsk region continues to remain under the control of Defense Forces.
Currently, the Russians are trying to seize the defensive positions held by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the "Tsentrialna" and "Toretsk" mines.
Recently, Russian tactical aviation has significantly intensified in the Toretsk direction. This resulted in the downing of a Russian Su-25 on Saturday, February 8.
