The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has apprehended two accomplices of Russian special services who were directing enemy missiles at airfields and air defense (AD) systems in three regions of Ukraine.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the Telegram channel of the SBU.
In the Cherkasy region, law enforcement prevented the enemy's attempts to obtain current data on the Defense Forces. A 20-year-old resident of Radivilov was detained for spying on the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

"In the event of discovering military convoys, the perpetrator recorded the estimated number of combat equipment and its tactical characteristics. Additionally, under the pretense of meeting relatives, the suspect traveled to the Lviv region, where he attempted to identify the locations of operational airfields," the SBU reports.
In exchange for cooperation, the agent was promised "evacuation" to Russia.
In Poltava, a 58-year-old local woman was uncovered for adjusting enemy strikes on the regional center. The suspect was gathering intelligence on the locations of radar stations near the city, and she also monitored the consequences of the "arrivals."
Both suspects have been informed of suspicion under part 2 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - unauthorized dissemination of information about the movement, actions, or location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They face 8 years in prison.
Recall that RBK-Ukraine reported recently that a Russian GRU agent who spied on AFU military transports in the Cherkasy region was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
