Russian forces are infiltrating the defenses of the Ukrainian armed brigades in the Vremovka direction, but the enemy is being eliminated.

In the Vremovskoye direction over the past day, Russian forces attacked around six settlements. They managed to breach the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing OSUV "Khortytsia".

The operational-strategic group of troops "Khortytsia" stated that clashes occurred in the areas of Novodarivka, Konstantinopol, Razliv, Razdolne, Storozhevoe, and Velyka Novosilka.

"Currently, operations are ongoing to locate, identify, and eliminate the remnants of enemy assault groups that have infiltrated the brigades' defenses," the report said.

As a reminder, according to the General Staff, 252 combat clashes were recorded along the front line over the past day. The enemy carried out 13 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements.

In particular, the occupiers attempted to advance near the settlements of Kurakhove and used aviation for this purpose.

Additionally, over the past day from December 23 to 24, the Russian army lost 1,630 soldiers in the war against Ukraine, along with 10 artillery systems and 44 drones.
