Recently, several videos surfaced online showing a group of teenagers, including girls, humiliating the girl by throwing used gum at her and hitting her. In one of the videos, threats can be heard directed at the girl.

"Law enforcement in Kyiv region is conducting a pre-trial investigation into a criminal case initiated on January 16, 2025, regarding the beating of a 12-year-old child by a group of teenagers in Bila Tserkva," the police explained.

According to them, investigative actions are ongoing in the criminal case to establish all the circumstances of the incident and hold those responsible accountable.

"The pre-trial investigation under Part 1 of Article 127 (torture) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is being conducted by the Bila Tserkva District Police Department of the National Police in Kyiv region. The procedural guidance is provided by the Bila Tserkva District Prosecutor's Office," the police clarified.
