This salad with greens, persimmon, and ham is easy to prepare and has a delightful flavor. The recipe was shared with us on the Instagram page "tatianaorineo".

How to Make a Salad with Arugula, Ham, and Persimmon

Ingredients:

  • arugula;
  • persimmon – 1 pcs;
  • ham – 100 g;
  • Camembert cheese – 60 g;

For the dressing:

  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp;
  • whole grain mustard – 1 tsp;
  • honey – 1 tsp;
  • oil – 2 tbsp;

Preparation method:

1. Wash the persimmon and dry it with paper towels.

2. Rinse the arugula and also dry it.

3. Cut the Camembert cheese and persimmon into pieces.

4. Tear the ham into strips and cut them into pieces.

5. In a separate bowl, combine the dressing ingredients – oil, honey, lemon juice, and whole grain mustard.

6. On a plate, arrange the arugula, then top with pieces of cheese, persimmon, and ham. Drizzle the salad with the dressing.
