1. Wash the persimmon and dry it with paper towels.
2. Rinse the arugula and also dry it.
3. Cut the Camembert cheese and persimmon into pieces.
4. Tear the ham into strips and cut them into pieces.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the dressing ingredients – oil, honey, lemon juice, and whole grain mustard.
6. On a plate, arrange the arugula, then top with pieces of cheese, persimmon, and ham. Drizzle the salad with the dressing.
