In Zaporizhzhia, after a night of intense enemy airstrikes on February 1, energy workers restored power supply. As a result of the Russian shelling, there were no casualties in the city.
This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine, referencing the Telegram-channel of the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, Ivan Fedorov.
"Power supply has been restored. Thank you to our energy workers," the official stated in a social media post.
Earlier, he informed that over 400 subscribers were left without electricity following the enemy drone strike in Zaporizhzhia.
According to updated data, the enemy used 18 Shahed-type strike drones for the attack on the city, Fedorov reported. Previously, it was mentioned that 16 kamikaze drones were used by the Russian army against Zaporizhzhia.
In the city, as a result of the Russian airstrike, infrastructure facilities, multi-story and private houses were damaged, according to the head of the administration. Fedorov clarified that an educational institution was also affected due to the shelling.
Additionally, a car wash and private garages were damaged in the city, and several fires occurred, which have already been extinguished by rescuers.
Fortunately, there are no casualties or injuries in the city.

As previously reported, on the night of February 1, Russian occupiers launched an airstrike on Zaporizhzhia, and explosions were heard throughout the city. The enemy used drones for the attack.
Later, the head of the Regional State Administration described this Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia as "the most massive in recent times."
The Regional State Administration also reported that specialists from the State Emergency Service, energy workers, and municipal services were involved in addressing the aftermath of the shelling in Zaporizhzhia.
