A video has surfaced on social media showing individuals in military uniforms attacking a cyclist riding on the sidewalk in Kharkiv. The police are currently conducting an investigation.

The Telegram channel "Typical KTZ" released a video where military-clad individuals knocked a cyclist to the ground while he was riding on the sidewalk next to an apartment building. They blocked his path with two cars and forced him to load his bicycle into a minibus.
According to "Suspilne", the TCC is currently reviewing the video and identifying potential participants and the reasons behind the incident. The police have also launched an investigation. It is reported that the video captured a second encounter between the man and the individuals in uniform. During the first encounter, he attempted to flee from them on his bicycle.
Alena Sobolevskaya, the press secretary of the Kharkiv police, stated that the man was taken to the district police department. It turned out that he was wanted for leaving his military unit without permission.
Recall that it was previously reported that an attack on a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine occurred at the district territorial center for staffing and social support in Kharkiv.
During the attack, the assailant used a gas canister and inflicted a stab wound on the serviceman.
The perpetrator was apprehended. He turned out to be a 35-year-old resident of Kharkiv. He faces a penalty of imprisonment for up to 15 years or life imprisonment.
