"At 11:50 PM (February 1), Russia struck a civilian enterprise in the Slobidsky district (of Kharkiv). Specifically, the target was a facility engaged in clothing production," he said.

The explosion following the enemy attack caused a fire covering an area of approximately 2,000 square meters.

"As of now, there is no information about any injuries at this facility," the regional prosecutor's representative reported.

According to preliminary data, the Russians used a Shahed or Geran drone for the aerial attack on Kharkiv.

"A criminal case has been initiated regarding this war crime under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine," Chubenko added.

The regional prosecutor's office also released video footage of the aftermath of the drone strike on the Kharkiv facility last night.

Additionally, the State Emergency Service (SES) published footage of the firefighting efforts in Kharkiv.

Emergency responders reported that the fire was localized at 1:27 AM, and efforts to extinguish it are ongoing.

"A total of 45 rescuers and 8 units of SES equipment have been deployed to deal with the aftermath of the enemy shelling. Preliminary reports indicate that there are no casualties," the service added.
