This was mentioned by Roman Kostenko in a comment to journalist Galina Ostapovets from Novini.LIVE.
"If the West only provides 30,000 peacekeepers, they will be the first to flee in the event of a new Russian offensive," Kostenko emphasized.
According to him, it is hard to believe, but the idea of deploying peacekeepers is possible. He noted that certain conditions are necessary for this.
Kostenko states that the key question is where exactly the peacekeepers will be stationed: on the front line, between Russia and Ukraine, or within the country.
We remind you that former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson noted that U.S. leader Donald Trump is not opposed to deploying peacekeepers in Ukraine.
Additionally, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer expressed readiness and willingness to deploy British troops in Ukraine to assist in achieving a peace agreement.
