U.S. Special Representative Kellogg has arrived in Ukraine.

"We will listen. We are ready to provide what is necessary. We understand the need for security guarantees. Part of my mission is to listen. Then I will return to the U.S. and talk to President Trump to ensure that we all understand things correctly," Kellogg emphasized.

He also expressed the belief that the war would not have started "if Trump were in office as president."

"He understands that people are suffering, he understands the destruction. And we want this to end," added the U.S. special representative.

Let us remind you that Kellogg stated that no one will force President Volodymyr Zelensky to sign a peace agreement. According to him, the final decision will be made solely by Ukraine.

Earlier, Zelensky expressed his readiness to go to the front alongside the U.S. special representative.
