Andrey Vinakov shared this information in a comment to Novini.LIVE.
"Undoubtedly, the market will be restored. Right now, we are focused on repairing the damaged pavilions," Vinakov stated.
According to him, the city council has an agreed-upon recovery plan for Kharkiv with local entrepreneurs. A modern European-style shopping center will definitely be built in this location.
"We are currently working on the restoration. We cannot say that we are starting to build something new yet, although we really want to," the president of the concern added.
Recall that late in the evening on February 5, the Russian army attacked Kharkiv with drones and destroyed the city's largest market in the Kyiv district.
A seller from "Barabashovo" commented on the attack and reminded that the market had already suffered significant damage in 2022 during enemy shelling.
Novini.LIVE showed footage of the destroyed market in the city, which was hit by Russian UAVs "Geran-2".
