As noted by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, he congratulated Giuseppe Cavo Dragone on his appointment to the highest military position in NATO. Syrsky also expressed gratitude to the Alliance for its military assistance and support.
"I informed Admiral Dragone about the current needs of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in terms of weapons and military equipment, as well as the situation at the frontline, which remains challenging," Syrsky noted.
The discussion also covered reforms in the Ukrainian army. The military is currently transitioning to a corps system to enhance management efficiency.
