A man shared the locations of military enlistment centers via Viber, according to a court ruling.

In Kovel, located in the Volyn region, a man obstructed the activities of the territorial recruitment and social support centers by alerting draft evaders about their locations and movements through the Viber mobile app. The court sentenced him to one year of probation.
