Kuleba explained why Russia continues to "stay afloat."

Russia has developed a formidable project of an aggressive and expansive state. Moscow consistently discovers ways to stay afloat, occasionally at the cost of making concessions to its adversaries.
Кулеба рассказал, почему Россия все еще сохраняет свои позиции и продолжает существовать.

This was stated by diplomat Dmytro Kuleba in a podcast on the YouTube channel "comic plus historian".

Why Russia "Stays Afloat"

According to Kuleba, Russia has established a powerful and aggressive state project that is capable of adapting and finding solutions to maintain stability.

"We must objectively acknowledge that they have created a powerful state project of an aggressive, expansive state that always finds ways to stay afloat, sometimes at the cost of concessions to its enemies. Chechnya, I must say, is also a classic example of the same model that the republic followed in the early '90s and beyond. It is the same model that the empire used to suppress the Cossacks. Therefore, we must take very seriously the fact that we should not underestimate Russia as a project," said the former head of Ukraine's Foreign Ministry.

The diplomat added that Ukraine often lacks unity, which complicates the establishment of an effective system.

"Ukrainians always lack systematic approach and unity. If we look at Ukrainian-Moscow-Russian relations, we are always divided on two issues. Internal disunity, the elites' attempts to play nice with Moscow to resolve their internal problems. And secondly, we are wonderful people, heroic and inspired, but we have serious problems in building an effective system," Kuleba concluded.

Earlier, former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stated that the large war of Russia in Ukraine was inevitable, and the attack could have been delayed only by a few months.
