From now on, KP "Kyiv.Prozoro" will identify new locations for commercial activities — ranging from retail outlets to logistics facilities. The director of the enterprise, Igor Gorobets, noted that the first district to implement this new system will be the Pechersk district of Kyiv.

"What falls under our, let’s say, authorities? The municipal enterprise is working through these elements of improvement in the Pechersk district. These locations are being identified, a detailed address list is compiled, and all necessary permits are obtained from architecture and other stakeholders regarding the possibility of placing temporary structures in certain areas. It prepares an assessment, creates a passport for this element of improvement, and provides the opportunity to place various structures — this could be a temporary facility for providing services, or a temporary structure for selling food or non-food products," — explained Igor Gorobets.

It is known that the rental process will occur exclusively through electronic auctions on Prozorro.Sales, ensuring fair play. The entire process will be official and regulated: from obtaining permits to assessing the territory. Businesses will be able to lease a location for 5 years with the option to extend.

Igor Gorobets also mentioned how many locations are available for rent for enterprises.

"As of today, we have 22 locations for placing temporary structures in the Pechersk district. More than 101 locations for placing parcel lockers and 8-10 locations — for mobile trade," — he reported.
