NAUDI's collaboration with KPI opens up new opportunities for students and defense industry enterprises, according to Sergey Goncharov.

The National Association of Defense Industry Enterprises of Ukraine (NAUDI) has signed a memorandum with the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute aimed at addressing two critical issues in the defense-industrial complex: updating the workforce potential and bridging the gap between theoretical education and the practical needs of production. This was shared by NAUDI's Executive Director Sergey Goncharov in an interview with Forbes.

"The memorandum with KPI is focused on tackling two key challenges in the defense-industrial sector: renewing the workforce potential and closing the gap between theoretical education and practical production requirements. Students will be able to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice starting from their second year by interning directly at production facilities," Goncharov noted.

The goal of this initiative is to prepare specialists who meet modern market demands and to expand collaboration with other universities in Ukraine.
