1. Sauté the onion with the carrot, then add the garlic and chicken thigh fillet.
2. Add smoked paprika.
3. Sauté briefly and then add the rinsed red lentils.
4. Add the potatoes, pour in water, and cook until the potatoes and lentils are done, occasionally skimming off the foam.
5. Finally, add the bay leaf, allspice, and tomato paste.
6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, add herbs, and remove from heat.
7. Let it sit for a while, and then it’s ready to serve.
